You pick up an audio cd of your favorite band, push it in and press play. Its sound rises and tickles your ears, enters your head room and sends you lost in a world created by it. Your feet starts to tap showing your first signs of getting possessed, then slowly your head starts to follow your feet and by the time you know it you're swaying your hands, legs and body to the sound.
