Well, that didn't last long.

After just two terrible episodes (according to the critics and just about everybody watching), ABC's Work It has been cancelled.

The show, which featured two men dressing up as women so they could find work, premiered to dismal ratings and immediately sparked LGBT advocacy organizations to campaign against it.

Herndon Graddick, Senior Director of Programs and Communications at GLAAD, called the offensive show "outdated" as he explained:

“While many of ABC’s positive and groundbreaking portrayals of LGBT people have been critical and popular successes, the public had little interest in this outdated show. As a result of this campaign, an important dialogue has been started in Hollywood and mainstream media about the real discrimination faced by transgender people today.”

Reruns of Tim Allen's Last Man Standing will replace the cancelled show's 8:30 p.m. time slot on Tuesdays for the rest of January until new episodes of Cougar Town fill in.

Are U happy Work It got the axe or would U have liked the show to continue?
